YUELONG Tattoo Official 30-day Return Policy
For any reason, if our customer is unsatisfied with their order, they can contact us to arrange a return. These policies are set up to help us maintain our fantastic service and prices while ensuring all our customers are happy.
Subject to the terms below.1. YUELONG Tattoo Official must be notified no later than 30 days after the package has delivered.
2. The products have to be in ''New'' condition, have original packaging, returned with all accessories and in a resalable condition. YUELONG Tattoo Official reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, that can be deducted from the refundable amount
3. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with ''FREE postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price
4. Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs
5. The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to YUELONG Tattoo Official
6. If the product is returned to YUELONG Tattoo Official without a return authorization number, and/or beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, YUELONG Tattoo Official retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense and with no refund issued.
7. Refunds will be processed within 7 days, only after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties(such as payment processes etc)

(this is vital for us to be able to track returned items)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been issued with a refund but have yet to receive it, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank).
There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected method of payment.
If you have completed this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at email@example.com
We will, of course, cover the return shipping on these type of issues.
For a change of mind purchases, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you want a refund, you need to wait until the package reaches the destination.
If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

HOPE TO BE NOTICED
Please make sure that your address is correct when you place the order (including your country, city, street, house number, even zip code, etc.), and we will deliver the goods according to the address you filled in when you placed the order. If the address is wrong, you will not be able to receive the package.
If it is due to the wrong address that you filled in when you placed the order, the package cannot be delivered, we can arrange for you to resend the package. However, if you request a refund, we cannot refund you the full amount, and you need to bear part of the responsibility. The loss you bear needs to be confirmed according to your order.
